Charanpreet Singh Sidhu is a Ph.D. candidate in Mechanical Engineering. He started his graduate studies at Ontario Tech University in January 2022. Educational degrees include a Master of Engineering in mechanical engineering from PEC University of Technology, India, and a Bachelor's of Technology in mechanical engineering from PTU, India. His research is related to the design and development of a Non-Pneumatic Tire design. Currently, he is also working as a professor in a college in GTA.
Alfonse Ly is a Ph.D. candidate in Mechanical Engineering. He started his graduate studies at Ontario Tech University in September 2021. Prior to that, he completed his bachelor of engineering in mechanical engineering from Ontario Tech University. His research is related to Smoothed-Particle Hydrodynamics and tire-terrain interaction.
William Collings is a Ph.D. student in Mechanical Engineering, he is the recipient of multiple awards, including an undergraduate research award from NSERC, the OPEFE Gold Medal, and Dean’s Graduate Scholarship, and he completed his B. Eng. in Mechanical Engineering with the highest distinction, also at Ontario Tech. During his subsequent MASc. in Automotive Engineering, he co-authored and presented several conference and journal papers, with organizations such as SAE, CSME, and ISTVS.
Haniyeh Fathi finished her master's degree in Automotive Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology in 2019. Before that, she received her Bachelor of Science in Robotics Engineering from the Hamedan University of Technology in 2016. Her research especially focuses on developing various material models to predict the performance of Passenger Car Radial (PCR) tires.
Jiby is a MASc student in Mechanical Engineering at Ontario Tech University. At present, Jiby holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing (Mechanical stream). He also holds 2 diploma courses in Computer Applications and Aircraft Mechanics. His main areas of interest are Mechatronics, Aerospace, Energy Management, Refrigeration, Heat Transfer, and Automobile engineering.
