
William Collings is a Ph.D. student in Mechanical Engineering, he is the recipient of multiple awards, including an undergraduate research award from NSERC, the OPEFE Gold Medal, and Dean’s Graduate Scholarship, and he completed his B. Eng. in Mechanical Engineering with the highest distinction, also at Ontario Tech. During his subsequent MASc. in Automotive Engineering, he co-authored and presented several conference and journal papers, with organizations such as SAE, CSME, and ISTVS.

Amin Karimi is a MASc student in Automotive Engineering at Ontario Tech University, beginning his program in May 2026. He holds both a Bachelor's degree and an M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering. His research will primarily focus on truck tire modeling and analysis. Amin brings technical expertise along with a deep passion for motorsport, racing, and vehicle testing.
Solomon Tedla is a MASc student in Mechanical Engineering at Ontario Tech University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and works full-time as a licensed automotive technician at Heffner Toyota. His professional experience includes toyota vehicle diagnostics, braking systems, and powertrain technologies across conventional, hybrid, and electric vehicles.

Jonathan Tse is a MASc student in Mechanical Engineering at Ontario Tech University. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ontario Tech University. His research centers on unmanned electric combat vehicles, and is focused on navigation, automation, and sensor fusion.

Dillon Opatha is a MASc student in Mechanical Engineering at Ontario Tech University, beginning his program in May 2025. After previously earning a Bachelor’s of Automotive Engineering from Ontario Tech, his research currently encompasses tire-thermal and wear modelling for truck tires with varying computational techniques.
Erin Fenton is a MASc student in Automotive Engineering at Ontario Tech University, where she began her graduate studies in September 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Guelph. Her current research focuses on tire-contaminated surface interactions, employing hybrid computational techniques.
Michael is a part-time MASc student studying Automotive Engineering at Ontario Tech University. Michael holds an undergraduate degree in Automotive Engineering also obtained from Ontario Tech University, and currently works full-time at General Motors as a Controls Developer in the ADAS domain. Michael has a passion for vehicle dynamics, motorsports, and autonomous vehicles.
